While in most cases we think we can only go to the gym in order to maintain our body shape, Maurice muhire says, we can also work on our bodies even at home.

Muhire, a gym lnstructor at the Sports View Hotel says one can do a fitness watch and achieve what they want with their body if they you work on it without parting with any money.

You only need to have a few things, an exercising mat, a ball,  a bar bell or weight of different sizes and dumbbells of different weights at hand so you can make your body perfect,

He says you can start with the static stretching exercises without moving around at all this can be done in the morning to stretch out the muscles in the different parts of the body.

It also works very well when you are done with all the workouts as you try to cool down; stretches are very helpful in making the body regain a state of rest and recovery and allows you to lengthen the muscles that you had put under strain with the work outs.

After doing the stretches you can lie flat on your back and bring the knees into your chest, straighten your right leg as you try to twist your body bring your right elbow towards the right knee do that for some time you will feel the effects.

You can also use the ball lie down on it note that the ball should be in the middle or back of your body hold your hands behind your head with the dumbbells of middle weight, keep squeezing the ball down with your body. Lower and repeat the exercise.

Additionally you can bend forward keeping your back flat holding a light weight load, keep the elbows bent throughout the exercise. Do that for some time you will feel the change.

Squats can also be of great use, place a medium heavy barbell on the shoulders; bend the knees and lower them in a squat push back and repeat exercise.

If you can not get time to do all this by yourself then you can find going to the gym a better option, remember you can make your body what you want it to be this time round
