Ensuring preventive measures to illness is one of the many ways children can stay healthy. However, although prevention is better than cure, the challenge is maintaining such measures.
Of course good feeding and going for medical treatment are obvious, but the places in which children play games should also be kept clean at all times.
Clean environments will protect children from infections that come from dirty places. Good and clean areas also protect children from catching diseases.
Most importantly, children should learn to always wash their hands after playing and before meals.
Healthy children will always enjoy every moment of their lives with other children.
They also do this when they are playing games like football, netball and basketball. These keep children physically fit.
