Peace Academy, IPSS sign pact

Jill Rutaremara (R) and the Director of the Institute for Peace and Security Studies (IPSS) based at Addis Ababa University, Mulugeta Gebrehiwot Berhe display copies of the Memorandum of Understanding they signed on behalf of the two organisations.
