Leadership Retreat sets new goal and it’s achievable

The just concluded 10th Leadership Retreat (Umwiherero), another well-tested home-grown tool, has again resolved to mobilise government officials to draw up and implement policies that will spur this nation.One of the major points that came out of the dialogue was to aim at transforming this country into a middle income economy in the next five years as envisaged in the Vision 2020 programme.
