Today, we bring you Dolph Banza whom fans know by the stage name of K8 Kavuyo. He is a young and talented musical phenomenon. His music blends hip-hop beats with lyrics about revolution and social change. Through his music, K8 Kavuyo discourages undue rivalry (beef) among fellow artistes, preaches social consciousness and speaks about the reality of life in the music industry. On August 5 this year, he was part of a charity concert at the School of Finance and Banking (SFB). One could easily feel his passion. He offered invaluable time, input, performance and enriched Rwandans and all well-wishers to help needy orphans in the country. The former Green Hills Academy student has hits such as “Game Over”, “Gasopo”, and “Isaha ya 8” to his name. K8 Kavuyo, who is in his senior six vacation waiting to join university says he takes his education very seriously.
