Repaint Zebra crossing lines in Butare town
Editor, Allow me space in your paper to lament the danger posed by fading zebra crossing lines in Butare town. I have on several occasions witnessed accidents on these pedestrian crossing points especially near the Banque de Kigali, Hotel Faucon and at the National University’s main gate.
