Editor,Please allow me to address my safety concerns on Motorists and Cyclists that use the newly constructed Kigali-Bugesera highway. They pose a great threat to both themselves and motor vehicle drivers that use this highway simply because they do not have reflectors on their motorcycles. The traffic police should ensure that all Motorists and cyclists have reflectors on their motorcycles and bicycles for purposes of being visible at night.
