Here are some of the great events taking place that you and your friends and family might want to attend this weekend‘MTN Kings of Komedy’ @ Expo Grounds and Kigali Serena HotelEast Africa’s leading comedienne Anne Kansiime and company return to town in two shows and they have promised to shake the city and make you scream. The show starts at 3p.m and its free. Hobe Rwanda @ RRA HallThere will a traditional music night tomorrow at the Rwanda Revenue Authority hall in Kimihurura. The night will feature performances by Mani Martin, Masamba, Liza Kamikazi, Jean Paul Samputu, Gakondo Group and many others. The concert starts at 5pm and entrance is Rwf5,000.Karaoke @ Grill & BBQDoes the beginning of the weekend make you want to cool off as you sing? Head to Grill and Barbeque in Kacyiru and tryout your singing ability with the karaoke host Caroline Nderitu. It all starts from 8pm until late.East Africa Artworks @ Umubano HotelThis weekend marks the end of Hello East Africa, an International Artworks Exhibition. The event has been taking place at Umubano Hotel and is organised by Isoko Arts Rwanda and the Ministry of Culture and Sports. Feel free to pass by and get yourself a painting.Summer Hype party @ Inema ArtInema Art Centre in Kacyiru is hosting a party this evening where they’ll be showcasing most of their art pieces. The artists will also be exhibiting some live painting.
