Kings of Comedy @ Car Wash Gardens
East Africa’s best comedians descend to the Royal Car Wash this evening in a show dubbed ‘Kings of Comedy’. The show will feature our very own, David Ndahiro, Uganda’s Kansiime Anne and Patrick Salvado and Kenya’s Eric Omondi, among others.
Entrance fee to the ‘Kings of Comedy’ is Rwf 5, 000 for the ordinary section and Rwf 10, 000 for VIP seats. The show starts at 8:00pm.
K-Club - Good Friday Explosion
Today, Kigali’s posh nightclub, K-Club is hosting a night dubbed “Good Friday Explosion”. The night will feature a variety of great music played by DJs Namosky Karim and Soft.
All you need is the entry fee, Rwf 5, 000. But if you want to experience K-Club’s lavish treatment, pay Rwf 10, 000 for VIP and you’ll be ushered into the VIP section.
Saturday is “Ladies Night”. It’s free entry for ladies before 11:00pm, but later than that, you will have to pay Rwf 5, 000 for the ordinary section or Rwf 10, 000 for the VIP side.
As a gesture to wish their clients a happy Easter, K-Club is hosting a free “Sweet Sunday” on Easter. All the events at K-Club this weekend start from 8:00pm until dawn.
Comedy Knights @ Ishyo
It’s the last Friday of the month and as usual, Comedy Knights are ready to give us what they do best – comedy!
Apart from comedy, guests will also be entertained by Primus Guma Guma Superstar Season two winner Tom Close.
Entrance fee is Rwf 5, 000. Doors open at 6:00pm.
Solid Friday @ Papyrus
Sometimes giving is better than receiving, especially if you’re giving the needy.
Tonight, a fundraising session at Papyrus in Kimihurura will feature fun-filled activities and games.
Solid Africa is a nonprofit organisation that takes care of patients in various public hospitals around the country.
The event starts at 7:30pm. Entrance is Rwf 500.
Uganda Night @ Planet Club
Ugandan artistes Maro, Ray Signature, aka Kasenyanku and Empress are expected to perform tomorrow at Planet Club (KBC) during a night dubbed ‘Uganda Night’.
Other highlights of the night will include performances by MP Nico, Van Data, Bakri, Nutty Neither and the club’s DJs.
Entrance fee is Rwf 2500.
Gaby Kamanzi’s album launch @ Serena
Local gospel songstress Gaby Kamanzi will launch her debut album “Amahoro” on Sunday at Kigali Serena Hotel.
The ten-track album will be launched in a live concert titled, ‘More Than a Song’. Also expected to perform at the concert are Aimé Uwimana and Fortrand (from Burundi).
Entrance is Rwf 5,000 for the ordinary section and Rwf 10,000 VIP. The concert starts at 6:00pm.
