Bugesera sets up to win against Intare

The race for promotion to the topflight division sees second division group B leaders Bugesera FC host Intare on Saturday with the home side seeking on win to continue and maintain their three-point advantage over second-placed Esperance.

The race for promotion to the topflight division sees second division group B leaders Bugesera FC host Intare on Saturday with the home side seeking on win to continue and maintain their three-point advantage over second-placed Esperance.

The Eastern Province outfit leads their group with 36 points, three points ahead of Esperance, who play against fourth-placed United Stars with 26 points.

Bugesera two strikers Michael Ndahinduka and Noel Habimana are the second division league top scorers with 13 and 12 goals respectively.

Intare FC are placed on fifth position with 25 points. In other games Pepiniere host Vision, Etoile De L’Est plays Interforce, while Asapor host Akagera.

In Group A, Gicumbi, who are on second position with 32 points, host youthful side Sec Academy that sit one point behind in third spot, Sorwathe host struggling Rwamagana FC.

Unity plays Gasabo, Vision J.N meet National University of Rwanda, while Kirehe, on 12th position with 13 points, host group leaders Sunrise, who 39 points, game will be played at Kirehe ground.
