Local entrepreneurs must interact with regional counterparts
Editor,Eric KABEERA, in his commentary, ‘‘ Make the most of regional opportunities,’’ (The New Times, February 18), is absolutely correct. In Kenya and Uganda, the governments do not advise the business people to come to Rwanda. As you rightly say, the onus is on us, the Rwandan entrepreneurs, to be aggressive.
