Kagame receives UK Royal College of Defence Studies delegation

VILLAGE URUGWIRO - President Paul Kagame on Wednesday at Village Urugwiro received a delegation from the UK Royal College of Defence Studies, on a study tour in Rwanda as part of a visit to five African countries. The group of 13 led by Sir Brian Donelly and hosted by the Rwanda Defence Forces, have been in Rwanda for five days and had visited several places around the country, including meetings with top government officials at the Ministries of Defence, Finance and Economic Planning and Foreign Affairs.
