Dear Editor,Through your paper, I would like to create awareness that there are some expired goods on sale. Despite the fact that the Rwanda Bureau of Standards’ officials carry out impromptu surveys of goods on the market, some places like Nyabugogo and Kicukiro still have expired goods. It is my call to the public to critically analyze whatever they intend to purchase and alert the standards body in case they see such products on sale. Everyone should be on the look out because most traders actually may not even be aware of the real purpose of these dates on the products yet consumption of expired products compromises our health.
