Editor, In the New Times of 9th January 2009, a reader wrote complaining about the appalling state of Nyabugogo Bus terminal. Kigali city would like to inform the public that there are plans of renovating Nyabugogo Bus terminal. Nyarugenge district has developed a business plan for the terminal and the plan has been forwarded to prospective funders. We would like to inform the public that works for the rehabilitation of Nyabugogo bus terminal will start before the end of this year. Director of Media and Communication Kigali City Council
