Editor,

I was pleased to hear that Thierry Henry is returning to Arsenal FC on a two-month loan spell. For me, it is a dream come true.  Henry was very critical during the team’s unbeaten run in 2004 and was considered the most dangerous by defenders and goalkeepers in the Barclays Premier League.

He is truly a legend to the Gunners and one of the best strikers the world has ever seen. I am hopeful that when he starts playing alongside on-form Robin Van Persie, Arsenal shall start scoring many goals and possibly lift the Premier league title after a long wait.

Henry will also be an inspiration to younger players like Jack Wilshere, Wojciech Szczesny and Aaron Ramsey.

I am also hopeful that Wenger will buy quality defenders, who are as good as United’s Nemanja Vidic, so they can help us to stop conceding silly goals.

I can’t wait to see Thierry Henry lighten up the Emirates Stadium like he used to do at Highbury! I can’t wait...
