Rice pays tribute to Genocide victims
The United States Permanent Representative to the UN, Ambassador Susan E. Rice, lays a wreath at the Kigali Genocide Memorial, yesterday, where she paid her respects to the victims of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi.
