KIE don passes away
A senior lecturer at the Kigali Institute of Education (KIE) died on Tuesday at the King Faisal Hospital in Kigali. Prof. Lutumba Illunga, 63, a Congolese national, was the Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Business Studies at the Institute. He is survived by a wife and eight children.
The late KIE Lecturer Professor Mulumba Ilunga at a past ceremony. He succumbed to a mixture of Hepatitis B and High Blood pressure.
