Kudos to RDF
Editor,The Rwanda Defence Forces has announced plans to set up more health facilities across the country. When I heard of the news, I was so proud of the armed men and women. They have not only excelled at maintaining peace and security in the country and beyond, but are now contributing their efforts for the welfare of the Rwandan people.
