AMAVUBI fly to Benin tomorrow afternoon aboard Ethiopian airways for their final 2012 Nations Cup.

The wasps are already out of contention after mustering one win but are still keen to win the tie as they prepare for the 2014 World Cup qualifiers in November.

“We want to end the campaign on a high and also restore confidence in the team,” the Wasps interim coach Eric Nshimiyimana said.

Seven professionals in Bokota Labama Kamana (DC Motema Pembe, DRC), Mao Kalisa (DC Motema Pembe, DRC), Charles Tibingana (Proline, Uganda), Andrew Buteera (Proline), Haruna Niyonzima (Yanga, Tanzania), Jean Marie Rusingizandekwe (Marines reserve team, Belgium) and Elias Uzamukunda (AS Cannes, France), were called up for the qualifier.

Rwanda are bottom of Group H with three points. Ivory Coast top the Group with 16 points while Burundi and Benin have four points apiece.
