APR chief rules out contesting for Ferwafa top Job
APR president Alex Kagame has ruled out the possibility of vying for the Post of Ferwafa president.The position fell vacant last week when Brig. Gen. Jean Bosco Kazura unexpectedly resigned citing personal reasons.
