Man in custody for rape, murder of sister-in-law
BUGESERA - Police in Bugesera District arrested a man suspected of raping and killing his sister in-law.Ephraim Dusengumuremyi was arrested, Thursday, after it emerged that he was behind the murder of Annonciata Mukahirwa, whose brother was married to the suspect’s sister.
