Rusizi to conduct Umuganda twice a month
RUSIZI - The monthly community work is now carried out twice a month in Rusizi District, local leaders said.Gilbert Rukazambuga, Executive Secretary of Kamembe Sector, explained that the community work scheme will be done in the middle and end of the month in trying to attain the required sanitation standards.
