Embrace family planning to reduce population growth

Editor,As The world population day draws closer, I would like, through your paper, to advise Rwandans to celebrate it but more importantly embrace family planning. This not only helps families  but also a country, it helps to eradicate the disadvantages of large population.Family planning enables families to provide the basic needs to their members. Once the members of the family have the basic needs such as food, shelter, education e. t. c. then the society at large will be comfortable.
