Man kills 13-year old boy over land
Evariste Hakizimana, 28, is being held at Busasamana Police Station for allegedly beating a 13-year old boy to death.Hakizimana is said to have killed the victim only identified as Twiringiyimana, after the latter reportedly uprooted an Irish potato plant from his garden.
