Editor, It is commendable to hear that the Ministry of Education is in talks with the governments of the United Kingdom and Belgium to establish a Leadership College.Many schools face a multitude of challenges and the introduction of this leadership college would indeed be instrumental in equipping head teachers,deputy heads, school bursars and secretaries of secondary schools, with necessary skills.
