Nyarugenge Hqs to relocate
The management of Nyarugenge District will relocate to pave way for investors. District Mayor, Solange Mukasonga confirmed to The New Times that they would move to make way for the construction of the second phase of the New Century Hotel, whose construction is already underway at the adjacent former Jali Club site.
