Gasabo District official arrested over adultery
The Executive Secretary of Gasabo District, Willy Mutabazi, has been arrested, allegedly on accusations of adultery, after having been caught in bed with another man’s wife. Speaking to The New Times in an interview the Mayor of Gasabo District, Willy Ndizeye confirmed the arrest saying that Mutabazi was apprehended last Friday at the district offices.
