Wishing you the best Archbishop Rwaje

Editor, I want to take this opportunity to congratulate Archbishop- elect, Onesphore Rwaje, who will replace Archbishop Emmanuel Kolini, in January next year. The House of Bishops of the Anglican Church in Rwanda has put their faith in him and I wish that he continues the wonderful work that his predecessor Archbishop Kolini including being active in the fight against HIV/AIDS prevention.
