Kudos to rugby fraternity
EDITOR, I would like to congratulate the Rwanda rugby community upon its successful election of new torch bearers for its federation. Most sports federations are known to have infighting prior to such elections but this was not the case, at least none was reported, during the ruggers’ annual general meeting.
