The Polls were peaceful- Rwandans
Marceline Mukabugingo, 28-Nyarugunga Driver Voting is important because when you vote, you do so with your heart and you choose the person who will do the things that will foster progress. Personally, I think the voting so far has been peaceful. Rwandans woke up early and fulfilled that obligation, we are only waiting for the outcome.
