Gicumbi residents speak-out on their support for Kagame
Felicité Mukakayumba, resident of Bwisige Sector Paul Kagame introduced universal primary education. All Rwandan children can today go to school. To me, there is nothing any person can do that is better than educating Rwandan children. He deserves my vote.
