Rutsiro, Karongi residents praise Kagame

I am just waiting for August 9, to cast my vote and it’s not a secret, I will vote for Kagame. He gave us cows and developed our infrastructure. I am confident he will win the election because he has clearly proved to Rwandans that he is performer.
