Rwanda is spot on with embassies in West Africa
Editor, I am pleased that the Minister of Foreign Affairs Louis Mushikiwabo reported to the Senate that Rwanda plans to open embassies in Dakar, Senegal and Abuja, Nigeria. As we expand our global reach and alliances, its pertinent that Rwanda has toe holds in as many countries as possible.
