The lead singer of the Army Jazz Band, Sgt Robert has slammed two Ugandan artists, Cindy and Rabadaba for refusing to perform at the launch of his album on July 4.

“We had paid them to perform, but they made us look fools before their fans, who gathered at the venue,” Sgt Robert said.

According to Sgt Robert, Rabadaba and Cindy refused to perform during their allocated time. And when the time allocated for the concert had elapsed, they each asked to perform 3 songs. Police only permited enough time for each of them to play one song, an offer they turned down.
