RE: “Rwanda National Police acquire two more vehicle inspection lanes” (The New Times, October 6).
I personally enjoy every step towards success but in Rwanda, my understanding is often beaten. Development or rather transformation is at a terrific rate, excitingly good. Things are never the same
Last year, it took me an hour to have my vehicle inspected; that was still OK—after all, we don't have similar motor vehicle inspection services in the region. Today it took me only 10 minutes; isn't this worthy commending?
Let's learn to give credit where it is due. These lanes shall certainly trigger significant results in quality service delivery and step up road safety.
I salute Rwanda National Police leadership for their tireless efforts to ensure peace, security and stability within the country.
