Mr. Portaz in Uganda for a collabo
Upcoming artiste Protais Murego a.k.a Mr. Portaz yesterday left the country to Kampala where he will meet Tom David one of Uganda’s upcoming artistes. “The collabo with Tom David will boost my music to the level of the East African bloc,” Mr. Portaz said shortly before he left.
