Egidie Ingabire Bibio is the Chief Editor of Radio Inteko 101.5FM which is mainly known as the Rwanda parliament radio station. Ingabire, a mother of two, was elected as the president of the Rwanda Female Journalists Association (ARFEM)two weeks ago. She shared some fashion tips with Society Magazine’s Doreen Umutesi.
