Nyabihu Mayor, family, involved in car accident
KARONGI - The Mayor of Nyabihu District, Jean Damascene Ndagijimana, and his family, were involved in a road accident when the car they were travelling in skated off the road along the Karongi-Kigali highway at Rugabano sector. According to a witness, the Mayors car veered off the road after the driver failed to negotiate a bend.
