Today the Rwanda OTC market recorded a turnover of Rwf 46,500 from 300 KCB shares traded in one transaction at the price of Rwf 155, a decrease of Rwf 5. The KCB shares closed at Rwf 155. At the end of the session, 8,215 shares were on offer and no buyers.
Friday on the Nairobi Stock Exchange (NSE), a total of 91,200 shares were traded. KCB shares traded within the range of 20.00Kshs (Rwf151) high and 19.70 Kshs (148Rwf) low and closed at 19.85 Kshs (149 Rwf).
The NSE All share index went up - 0.02 points to close at 70.16.
DSE (Dares Salaam Stock Exchange and USE (Uganda Securities Exchange) did not trade KCB shares.
The Bond Market:
No transaction was recorded on ROTC market. At the close of the business, Rwf 2 billion worth of Government bonds were on offer (sellers) at Rwf 99.8 and there were two bids (buyers) of Rwf 2 billion and Rwf 5 million for the same bonds at 94.00 and 97.80, respectively.
There were also BCR bank bonds worth Rwf 150 million on offer at Rwf 100.50.
