District leaders grilled over low revenue collection
KARONGI – District leaders in the Western Province have been criticised for the slow development pace and low revenue collections. While meeting local leaders, the provincial Governor, Célestin Kabahizi tasked the leaders to explain why the revenue collection for most of the districts is very low.
