Editor,I appeal to all our local sports federations and associations to make their choice for effective and capable members who will compose the new executive committee of Rwanda Olympic Committee. We should not have incompetent leaders pretending to develop the sports sector in our country whereas they are aimed at using public offices to feed their tummies. Rwanda has never won any Olympic medal, therefore capable leaders are needed to struggle, prepare and enable the nation win an Olympic medal at the 2012 Games that will be held in London. Winning in the Olympic starts with preparation and talent identification from the grassroots level, thus you must think twice before you cast give your vote.
