Mayor advises residents on farming
BUGESERA - The Mayor of Bugesera district Louis Rwagaju, has advised residents to utilise the existing security in the country to initiate development activities. Addressing a mammoth crowd in Ruhuha sector, the mayor advised residents to plant crops that are drought and pest resistant in order to ensure food security.
