Editor, I read with interest the piece in yesterdays Sunday Times about the team of 44 investors from Germany who arrived in Rwanda on Saturday on a study tour of the country’s growing investment opportunities. The team is expected to hold several investment talks with government officials including President Paul Kagame, according to the story.
