Districts to carry out baseline survey
MUSANZE – District authorities are set to carry out baseline survey on the social-economic situation of residents in the Northern Province. Jean Mugabo, an official from the National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda (NISR) said the survey aims at collecting data about the population with the objective of fostering proper planning.
