Local pros target Shell cash
RWANDA’S professional golfers Emmanuel Ruterana and Jean Baptiste Hakizimana have set their eyes on this weekend’s Shell Open.The two-day tournament, which tees off on Saturday in Fort Portal, Uganda has over Shs7m (Frw2.3) in prize money.
