Children of Masaka sector in the Kicukiro district called for respect of children’s rights when they met The Children’s Times IMMACULATE CHAKA. Here is what they said.
Like any other child, I have a right to; get medical treatment, associate with my friends, education and freedom of expression.
As an African child, I have a right to education, a right to good health, a right to be protected by my family and a right to play.
Like any other child in Africa, I have freedom to express myself, a right to be educated and to be cared for.
Any African child has a right to good treatment and health, a right to education and expression.
As a child, I am entitled to good health. I have the right to be educated, a right to be protected by my family and a right to play with my fellow friends. I also have the right to be heard whenever I have something to say.
Like any other child, I have a right to entertainment. I also need to be educated and given chance to express myself. Getting treatment whenever I fall sick is also my right.
