A convoy of 57 buses, escorted by police, carrying some 1886 returnees who were repatriated from DR Congo last year snake through the rolling hills and valleys of Rusizi District as they left Nyarushishi Transit Centre on Wednesday, November 18, to rejoin their communities after completing  an 11-month civic education and skilling programme.
