Theme dress party comes to town

If you know how static Kigali’s nightlife can mean to get, then you also know how refreshing it is to hear of a new themed event in town. This time round, it’s the Muhima-based Club Next that is leading the way. What Club Next is bringing, come Saturday, July 27, is a theme party that has been dubbed the Traffic Lights Party Summer Edition.Why they chose to associate the event with traffic lights is not very clear, since Muhima is not particularly known for heavy traffic. But what the heck?
