Celebrities audition for Big Brother

Various Kenyan celebrities took part in the auditions for a slot in the upcoming eighth season of Big Brother Africa reality show.The auditions that were held throughout the weekend at the Kenyatta International Conference Centre saw a few familiar faces try their luck.Actor Ephy Muriithi, who is known for his stint on the MTV series ‘Shuga’ was one of them. Just recently, Ephy got the blogosphere buzzing about his nude photos that he released on his social media pages. He captioned the photos, “My life, my rules”.Another wanabe-housemate was video girl Vera Sidika who is known for her cameo in the P-Unit and Collo music video titled You Guy.Others were reigning Mr Kemu Brian Chanzera, underground rapper Dani and sole female dancer of the Blazer’s clique, Judy. According to credible sources, the three-bench judge will give their verdict on the nominees within a month.This year the prize money for the winner has been upped to a whooping USD 300,000 (KSh26 million).
