Editor,This is in reference to the story, Public institutions urged to keep their websites updated, published in The New Times of December 27.Does it require an IT specialist to upload contents on a website? I regularly update my personal blog and I don’t have an IT officer. IT experts do many other things and I think they are not the best in storytelling and article writing.Clement Kabiligi
